A: We source our beef from Australian farmers who prioritise ethical and sustainable farming practices.

Q: How is your jerky made?
A: Our jerky is made by smoking and drying beef in small batches after 24 hour marination. The selected seasonings are chosen with care to enhance the natural flavor of the beef.

Ingredients & Nutrition

Q: What ingredients do you use in your jerky?
A: We use the round cut of beef for all our jerky. The ingredients of the individual flavours can be found on the product page or on the back label of the packets.

Q: Is your beef jerky gluten-free?
A: At this time our jerky is not gluten-free.

Q: Do you use preservatives in your jerky?
A: Although our jerky is made using an age-old smoking and drying process, we do use minimal natural preservatives (sodium nitrite) to ensure freshness and shelf life.

Q: How much protein is in your jerky?
A: Our jerky is packed with protein, making it a great snack for active individuals. We average 16g of protein per packet.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Orders over $40 receive free shipping. Smaller orders have fixed price shipping of $9.90 added at checkout.

Q: Where do you ship your jerky?
A: We currently ship across Australia. International shipping is not yet available but may be in the future!

A: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
